A Different Life Is Possible

Jesus said:

“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

John 10:10

A sustainable community village with people enjoying various outdoor activities around a pond and green buildings

Welcome Brothers & Sisters

I believe Christian Eco Villages is the way God intended humanity to live; loved, supported and safe.

The Aims:

My deepest hope is that Christian Eco Villages will bring people closer into relationship with God because when we seek him first he promises to provide all we need.

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Matt 6:33

CEVS will aim to model a greener, healthier way of life and show the world that a different/better way is possible. Together creating communities that are good for people and good for the planet.

“Love one another. As I have loved you.”

John 13:34

People all over the world right now are struggling to survive, isolated and exhausted. Yet in the bible Jesus says he has come to bring life in all its fullness. I believe the enemy is keeping us from living like this, he knows us so well he can distract and tempt us to lose your focus on God. CEV’s are about whole person health, physical health through a good, peaceful environment to live and work in. Mental health, living with others who care and spiritual health because we are called to help each other keep our eyes on God like it says in James 5:19-20

“ My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.“

Living together makes it much easier to do plus we can care for one another and those in need when living as a community.

I believe God didn’t design us to live alone, CEVS would be places where we can support each other through life’s ups and downs it doesn’t say in the bible we won’t have struggles in life but going through them alone can create trauma which can lead to isolating behaviours such as unhealthy addictions as a way to cope with the pain because you haven’t bee able to get that hug or chat you needed as the time. There is a scientific study that proves this called ‘Rat Park’ I go into more detail here

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfil the law of Christ.”

Galatians 6:2

Christian Eco Villages would include:

  • Spiritual life: Daily prayer, worship, discipleship, and evangelism
  • Sustainable living: low-impact, zero-waste, green energy, organic and regenerative food growing, permaculture, and natural building techniques because God designed us to care for creation.
  • Wellbeing & creativity: physical/emotional wellbeing therapies, Christian counselling, art, music and community gatherings.
  • Care for the vulnerable: Supporting children, families, and adults in need with dignity, love, and practical support.
  • Learning: Home and forest school, bushcraft, practical skills for everyday life, plus workshops and courses on any skills or subjects God would want us to study.
  • Innovation: a commitment to study, research, develop and apply better alternatives to everyday products instead of ones that harm the planet.

Does this sound good to you?

I believe the first step is to create a pilot village, possibly in Southern England, where the climate supports better food growing and wellbeing this easy access for me and the current support I have but if you feel strongly Gods saying to create one where you are just contact me to discuss.

Right now I’m looking to register CEVs as a trust and then a Charity CIO in the UK as I don’t want any money to be given directly to me but all placed into a registered body that can be transparent and monitored by the public and only used for the CEV project I personally am financially stable and have money and resources I’d like to donate to this mission.

I’m looking for people who feel called to support the vision through, professional knowledge, partnership, land, funding, prayer, skill or interested in becoming part of the future community.

The community can be self funding once running through many means including:

  • Rent (housing benefit for those in need)
  • Selling of produce
  • Workshops
  • Donations/supporters/patrons
  • Social media income

“They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.”

Acts 2:45

Pledge Your Support

Christian Eco Villages is still in the early vision stage, and we are not asking for donations yet.

Instead, we are inviting you to make a pledge — a promise of an amount you would be willing to give in the future, if you believe in this vision.

This will help us see what might be possible and what could be achieved together. We will review all pledges every quarter and share an update on our progress.

If you would like to make a pledge please email me at hello@christianecovillages.com

Thanks for reading, you can read a more detailed version of the plan by clicking here or see The Vision page.

God bless, Angel.
